P & W Development, Inc. is a family owned and operated business established in 1974 and specializes in design work and builds, on average, 16 homes each year.
Owners Dave and Dick Parish (pictured to the right, respectively) oversee daily operations. They also as handle design, estimating and the building of your new home.
P & W Development, Inc. has built numerous quality custom homes in central Indiana. Over many years, Dick and Dave Parish have developed a reputation for building high
quality homes in a environment of honesty, trustworthiness and integrity.
Hands-on experience in the home building industry is an advantage for any builder,
and Dave Parish is the first to recongize how fortunate he is to have had the experience
of growing up in a home building family. His father, Dick Parish, was one of the
founders of P&W Development, Inc. .
Each home is overseen by the owners, Dick and Dave Parish. They know a how a home
should be built and we always endevour to have things done right the first time.
Parish Reality was formed in 1992 to add that extra value for their customers.
